Humanities
The study of humanities provides students with an in depth understanding of the world around them. It investigates social concepts in both historical and contemporary contexts and allows for rich and vibrant discussions. It teaches students to be critical thinkers, who have a clear grasp on social and democratic processes, as well as knowledge in business, international studies, and research.
“Humanities at Pulteney is taught by passionate teachers who instil a sense of curiosity and responsibility in their students. The skills taught are for life. There are always opportunities to learn beyond the classroom with travel and unique experiences that are invaluable to the young learner,” Lily Koch (Old Scholar 2022).
