Reception – Year 6

For the 2027 school year, Pulteney is introducing a new approach to stationery and booklist orders for all Junior School students (Reception to Year 6), designed to make preparing for the new school year simpler and more convenient for families.

This change will see the School coordinate the purchase and delivery of all required Junior School stationery through Campion.

This means families of students in Junior School will no longer need to place individual stationery orders, arrange home delivery or bring stationery supplies into School. All required stationery will be ordered centrally and delivered directly to Pulteney, ready for students at the beginning of the school year.

The cost of stationery will be included as a Junior School stationery levy on families’ School fee accounts, removing the need for separate purchases. We anticipate that centralised purchasing of Junior School stationery will provide cost savings for families, while also offering a more sustainable approach by better managing stationery quantities and reducing unnecessary supplies and waste.

Further information, including the stationery levy amount, will be communicated to families shortly.

No action is required from Junior School families. The School will manage all stationery orders and delivery arrangements for 2027.

Booklists for students from Year 7 to Year 12 are now available for ordering online through Box of Books.

PDF versions of each class booklist are available to view below. Order by Sunday 13 December 2026 to guarantee delivery before the start of Term 1 2027. Please be aware that orders placed after this date may not arrive in time.

Please place your order by following the steps below:

1. Visit Box of Books Shop to log into your existing account or create a new account if it is your first purchase
2. Add each student, including their School email address if possible, and select School and year level in 2027
3. Select the required items from the booklist shown (these will only appear once the booklists go live)
4. Use the checkout to organise postage direct to your nominated (home) address and complete payment.

Place your 2027 Booklist Order

Key Information

Some families may already have the School prescribed texts in hard copy, either through siblings who have completed the subject in an earlier year, or through the purchase of the text separately to Box of Books. Where this is the case, you can select the cheaper “Digital on BoB” option for the digital version of the text on Box of Books. It is important to note that if your child does not have the digital version through Box of Books then they will not have access to all the additional resources and enhancements made to the texts by the class teachers.

Digital texts that have been purchased can be accessed through the student’s Box of Books portal. We strongly recommend students sign in to Box of Books prior to the start of the year to ensure their textbooks and publisher interactives are set up before classes commence.
