Co-Curricular Nominations 2025
Pulteney’s 2025 co-curricular activity selection process is now open
This year, we are excited to introduce Clipboard, a more efficient and streamlined platform which offers benefits including:
- Co-curricular team and group communication, notifications, and calendar integration.
- The ability to flag activity clashes and nominate children for multiple activities (sports, performing arts, and special interest) all in one go, reducing the need for multiple forms.
- Integration with the Pulteney Parent App, with testing of this feature near completion.
Access Clipboard
Please follow the instructions and login sent via email on 18 November 2024. If you did not receive this email, please contact eServices support@pulteney.sa.edu.au. Guidance on onboarding and navigating Clipboard are provided below. For specific queries relating to activities, please contact the relevant faculty.
Selections will close on Friday 29 November 2024

Nominations for Reception students – 2025
Parents of students entering Reception in 2025, please note that co-curricular sport opportunities for Reception students will be available exclusively in Terms 3 and 4. This includes students who were in Mid-Year Reception at Pulteney in 2024. This decision is made with careful consideration for your child’s wellbeing and adjustment to the school routine. We believe that allowing them to acclimate to their new environment during the initial part of the academic year, without the added commitment of co-curricular sports, will contribute to a more positive and manageable experience.
While co-curricular sports will be introduced later in the year, Reception students can nominate to participate in the Kurrajong Choir, with practice once a week during lunchtime, or the After-Hours Mandarin Program (a Special Interest Activity).
Information and nomination forms for Reception co-curricular sports in Terms 3 and 4 will be sent out during Term 2, 2025. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring that the transition to a full school week is as smooth as possible for our Reception students.
Musical instrument nominations
At this time, musical instrument applications will continue to be made via the Application Form on the Parent Portal. We look forward to incorporating instrumental music onto Clipboard in 2025.
Sporting Uniform Requirements in 2025
Please note that from 2025, all students must wear the new co-curricular sports uniforms to comply with standards set by external sporting associations. While Pulteney was granted a ‘grace period’ for competitions in 2024, discrepancies in guernseys and other attire cannot be allowed at matches in 2025, as stipulated by these associations. Visit the Uniform Shop page on the Parent Portal for detailed information on the required uniforms for each respective sporting activity.
Students will not be permitted to compete in Pulteney’s old sport uniform. See below for the 2025 uniform requirements.
Nominal fee for some extra-curricular activities
Starting in 2025, a nominal fee will be introduced for select extra-curricular activities. This change, ensures affordability while enhancing program quality and retaining top-tier coaches and specialists.
Extra-Curricular Activities with Fees:

- Multisport (Years 1 & 2): $180 per student/term
