The selection process for 2024 student co-curricular activities at Pulteney has commenced.

Families have the opportunity to review the year’s offerings and to nominate for the year in its entirety, rather than on a term by term or seasonal basis during the year. This is done to assist families in planning their schedules for the year ahead.

Below you will find handbooks for co-curricular areas by sub-school. Also below are links to the corresponding online nomination forms to nominate your child for an activity(ies).

Please note that you must complete one form per child. You will need to provide your child’s unique ID number on each of their forms. You will have received their ID number via email.

All nominations close on Friday 8 December 2023.

You will receive confirmation of your child or children’s co-curricular activities in January 2024.

Nominations for Reception students – 2024
Parents of students entering Reception in 2024, please note that co-curricular sport opportunities for Reception students will be available exclusively in Terms 3 and 4. This decision is made with careful consideration for your child’s wellbeing and adjustment to the school routine. We believe that allowing them to acclimate to their new environment during the initial part of the academic year, without the added commitment of co-curricular sports, will contribute to a more positive and manageable experience.

While co-curricular sports will be introduced later in the year, Reception students can nominate to participate in the Kurrajong Choir, with practice once a week during lunchtime, or the After-Hours Mandarin Program (a Special Interest Activity).

Information and nomination forms for Reception co-curricular sports in Terms 3 and 4 will be sent out during Term 2, 2024. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring that the transition to a full school week is as smooth as possible for our Reception students.
