Bushfire Form

Families living in bushfire-prone areas are requested to complete the bushfire risk form below. Completion of this form at the start of each school year and if you move house will ensure we have a complete understanding of where families are located so that we can support both students and families in the event of a bushfire.

Please note that if you do not live in a bushfire-prone area, you do not need to the complete the form.
