Strategic Plan

We are excited to share that our updated and simplified strategic plan is now complete, setting a clear path forward to strengthen our School’s mission and values.

The six guiding principles of the Pulteney Experience continue to shape our approach to education, innovation and community.

In 2022, Pulteney’s 175th year, the School released the 2022 – 2026 phase of Pulteney’s strategic direction.

This strategic direction seeks to draw together contemporary visions for education and explore how these will influence education at Pulteney. It redefines six broad areas of strategic focus with their own narratives for the future which coalesce as ‘The Pulteney Experience’.

As Pulteney embarks on its strategic direction, a set of strategic initiatives will be published annually to the School community. These initiatives provide the focus for strategic projects throughout the year with periodic updates keeping the School community informed regarding the progress towards the implementation of each initiative.
