Senior School, Term 3 Week 10 2026

It has been an exciting and enjoyable term across the Senior School, with plenty of opportunities for students to learn, contribute and get involved in the life of the School. Well done to all Senior School students for the effort, energy and commitment they have shown throughout the term. There has been plenty to celebrate, and I am proud of the way our students have embraced the opportunities in front of them.

Performing Arts Rungie Cup

We are looking forward to this Friday, when our Middle and Senior School students will take to the stage for the Performing Arts Rungie Cup. The students have been rehearsing hard in preparation, and I am sure their enthusiasm, talent and commitment will shine through on the night. We wish all of our performers the very best and look forward to celebrating their efforts. Students are to wear their House tops on Friday along with their PE uniform for the day at school.

World’s Greatest Shave: Week 9

This year’s World’s Greatest Shave was a huge success, with our Pulteney community raising more than $50,000 for the Leukaemia Foundation. More than 40 students and staff took part, creating a fantastic atmosphere and showing tremendous support for this important cause.

A special thank you to our student leaders for the effort, energy and enthusiasm they put into organising the event and helping make it such a memorable success. It was wonderful to see our Senior School community get behind the initiative so strongly.

Year 12 Trial Examinations: Week 1 of Holidays

In the first week of the holidays, Year 12 students will sit their trial exams. These trial exams are important as they offer a valuable opportunity to experience the conditions of the final exams. They help students become familiar with the pressure and time constraints they will face, while also identifying areas that may need further attention. By simulating the actual exam environment, trial exams allow students to refine their study techniques and build confidence, ensuring they are better prepared and more capable when it comes to the final assessments.

Valedictory Day: Friday 23 October

Valedictory Day is a cherished occasion for our graduating students, their families, and the extended Pulteney community, offering a time to reflect, reminisce, and congratulate our Year 12 students on their achievements. Please click HERE to find out more and to RSVP for the events.

This Friday, our Year 10 Creative Industries students will be running the Osmond St Café, serving coffee and a range of other treats. Come by to enjoy a warm drink, connect with others, and show your support for our students. We’d love to see you there.
