Pulteney’s 2026 co-curricular activity selection is now open

Pulteney’s co-curricular and extra-curricular activity nomination is completed online via Clipboard, a platform which offers:

  • Co-curricular team and group communication, notifications, and calendar integration.
  • The ability to flag activity clashes and nominate children for multiple activities (sports, performing arts, and special interest) all in one go, reducing the need for multiple forms.
  • Integration with the Pulteney Parent App.

Nominations for Reception students – 2026

Parents of students entering Reception in 2026, please note that co-curricular sport opportunities for Reception students will be available exclusively in Terms 3 and 4. This includes students who were in Mid-Year Reception at Pulteney in 2025. This decision is made with careful consideration for your child’s wellbeing and adjustment to the school routine. We believe that allowing them to acclimate to their new environment during the initial part of the academic year, without the added commitment of co-curricular sports, will contribute to a more positive and manageable experience.

While co-curricular sports will be introduced later in the year, Reception students can nominate to participate in the Kurrajong Choir, with practice once a week during lunchtime.

Information and nomination forms for Reception co-curricular sports in Terms 3 and 4 will be sent out during Term 2. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring that the transition to a full school week is as smooth as possible for our Reception students.

Musical instrument nominations

At this time, musical instrument applications will continue to be made via the Application Form on the Parent Portal.

Sporting Uniform Requirements

As of 2025, all students must wear Pulteney’s new co-curricular sports uniforms to comply with standards set by external sporting associations. Discrepancies in guernseys and other attire is not allowed at matches, as stipulated by these associations. Visit the Uniform Shop page on the Parent Portal for detailed information on the required uniforms for each respective sporting activity.

Students will not be permitted to compete in Pulteney’s former sport uniform.
