Pre-requisites
It is compulsory to study 1 semester of Physical Education in Year 10. Students can choose a full year if they wish as an elective option. Each semester is unique and differs from the other.
What will be in the course?
Students gain an understanding of human functioning and physical activity, and an awareness of the community structures and practices that influence participation in physical activity.

Students explore their own physical capacities and analyse performance, health, and lifestyle issues related to

- skill acquisition
- first aid
Practical Units*
Development of skills in communication, investigation, and the ability to apply knowledge to practical situations that include but are not limited to;
volleyball,
- netball
- table tennis
- softball
- target games
- recreational pursuits
