Athletics
Congratulations to William Kotru who recently represented South Australia at the Australian Little Athletics Championships in Brisbane. William competed in the 100m, 200m, 400m and Shot Put, and was also selected for the Swedish Relay and 4x100m Relay.
Although William did not podium at the event, he achieved an outstanding result, finishing 14th in Australia in the 100m, 200m and 400m. William thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to represent South Australia and gained valuable experience throughout the championships.

Tennis
Congratulations to Sofia Haddock and Ava Moukachar who have been chosen to represent South Australia at the Pizzey Cup tournament to be held in May in Perth. Well done Girls!
In addition to this Sofia won mixed doubles in the U14s National clay court tournament just last week in Canberra which now makes her a triple national champion with one of each (singles, doubles, mixed)!

Cross Country
On Thursday 23 April, our Middle and Senior School students took part in the annual Cross Country event, and it was great to see such a strong level of involvement across the day.
With close to 95% of students participating, the event had a really positive feel, with plenty of encouragement, house spirit, and students getting around one another out on the course.
We were also lucky to have some excellent weather, which made for ideal running conditions and added to the overall atmosphere of the day.
A big thank you to our Heads of House and staff who helped supervise and support the event. Their efforts played a huge part in making the day run smoothly and, most importantly, ensuring it was an enjoyable experience for all involved.
Overall, it was a fantastic day and a great example of the strong community spirit at Pulteney.
Final results to be announced later in the term.
Congratulations to our individual year level winners.

Pulteney Footy Launch.
Last week, we held our Footy Launch to kick-start the winter season. Our students were incredibly fortunate to hear from Adelaide Crows players Alex Neal-Bullen and Reilly O’Brien, as well as AFLW star Ebony Marinoff.
Students also had the opportunity to ask questions and speak with the athletes about all things footy and school. This was followed by a skills and drills session and a BBQ.
Thank you to all students, coaches and parents who attended and helped make the event such a success. We are excited for another great season of Pulteney footy!
