House Cross Country

Last Thursday’s House Cross Country was held in beautiful weather and was a wonderful celebration of participation, perseverance and House spirit. It was fantastic to welcome our Year 2 students to the event for the first time, and they should be commended for the enthusiasm and determination they showed throughout the day. Congratulations to all students who completed the 2km or 3km course, along with those who earned a ribbon for their efforts.

The top three placegetters in the 2016, 2015 and 2014 age groups have automatically qualified for the East Adelaide SAPSASA trials.

Thank you to all teachers and staff who supervised checkpoints to ensure students were safe, to Ms Buenfeld for managing the results, and to Jonty and Mr King for running alongside students to help keep everyone on course.

Well done to Bleby-Howard for winning the Cross-Country Cup with the highest overall points score.
