Collection and sign out of OSHC students

When a parent or carer arrives to collect their child, we kindly ask that the child is signed out of OSHC before leaving the service. Sign-out needs to be completed within the OSHC service on arrival .

Once a child has been signed out, responsibility for their care and safety transitions back to their parent or carer.

This helps ensure that our records are accurate, provides clarity around supervision, and supports a safe and smooth transition from OSHC to home. For convenience, we have moved our sign in station to the OSHC entrance to assist families with this process in a timely manner.

To support the safety and supervision of all children, children cannot be dismissed directly from the playground. We kindly ask that families come into the OSHC service to complete the sign-out process before leaving with their child.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support in helping us maintain a safe and smooth collection process for everyone.

Our OSHC Philosophy – We Value Your Voice

Our OSHC service is currently reviewing our Service Philosophy.

Our philosophy reflects the beliefs, values and aspirations of the children, families, Educators and wider community who are part of our service. As we review and strengthen our philosophy, we would love to hear what is important to you and your family.

We invite our families and community to share your thoughts, ideas and feedback about our OSHC service.

Your feedback may include what you value about OSHC, what you believe is important for children, or what you would like to see reflected in our philosophy and everyday practice.

Please share your feedback using the QR code displayed in OSHC.

Thank you for contributing your voice and helping us shape our OSHC philosophy.

 Recycle Resources

Our OSHCies love to explore. If you have any recycled materials at home you would like to donate,  including boxes, card, sheets blankets(for cubby house making) we would make great use of them. Please kindly drop any donations to OSHC.

Lost Property

Our Lost property box is overflowing. If your student has misplaced items, we may have them in OSHC. Our lost property box is in our OSHC room
