OSHC, Term 3 Week 1 2025

Welcome back to term 3 to all our OSHC families and a special welcome to new families. If you are returning from holidays, we trust that they were fun and relaxing.

Vacation Care was fun and very interactive. We have a few items that were left here during Vacation Care. If you are missing anything, please feel free to pop in and take a look.

Welcome Staff

We have 3 staff to welcome to our OSHC Team

We would like to welcome Chloe to our OSHC Team. Chloe is our new   Administrative Assistant. We look forward to Chloe being part of our OSHC team

We would like to welcome Isaac to our team of OSHC Educators. Isaac is no stranger to Pulteney as he visits regularly as a Cocurricular Coach, therefore many of our students know him.

We also welcome Wei to our team of OSHC Educators. Wei also is no stranger to Pulteney as she recently completed her teaching placement with Vanessa Couche.

We welcome both Isaac and Wei.

During Vac Care we had some familiar faces return throughout the 3-week program Steff, Josh and Gabi were welcomed by many of our students.

Bookings 

As Term 3 begins, I thought it be timely reminder about bookings. The most effective way to ensure your bookings are processed and confirmed smoothly during term time is to book via the Xplor App or email asc@pulteney.sa.edu.au.

Daily bookings can be made up to 2.30pm. Bookings made after this time will occur a late fee.

Educators Observations

As part of our requirements, Educators are recording and documenting your students learning /play while at OSHC daily. For this purpose, you may observe Educators using Ipads and or phones to take photos and document.

This will be done in a timely manner and never compromise Student ratio or supervision.
