Special Interest Co-Curricular

Due to the continued growth and popularity of the co-curricular program, particularly within the Years 5–8 group, a structured team selection process will occur throughout Weeks 3 and 4 to ensure teams are selected fairly and transparently.

As Term 1 sessions operated in a more casual participation format, the upcoming lunchtime sessions will now act as formal selection opportunities for students wishing to represent the school in competition.

Students will be asked to nominate one primary game for selection purposes.

The selection process will occur across Weeks 3 and 4, with teams expected to be finalised by the end of Week 4 to allow sufficient time for excursion planning and event preparation.

Please note that selection is not based solely on gaming ability. Students are also assessed on their ability to positively represent the school within a team environment.

Reserve students may also be selected in the event of absences or unforeseen changes.

Further excursion and permission information will be distributed once teams have been finalised.
